Teachers will learn how to use the resources right outside their schools to bring water education to life. This workshop emphasizes helping students make real-world connections to water, whether they live near a lake, pond, stream or ditch. By the end of the workshop, teachers will leave equipped with ready-to-use lessons, outdoor teaching strategies, and renewed confidence to turn nearby water sources into meaningful learning experiences for their students. Each participant will receive a Project WET activity guide and 1.0 CEU available upon completion.
