The following payment methods are accepted for online payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and E-check. The base amount will be remitted to the MS State Department of Health, Bureau of Public Water Supply. For credit cards, total price includes a small fee plus a 2.2% service charge and for E-checks, a $3.25 flat fee is added in the total price. The fees or service charges are for the continued development and maintenance of this state approved software.
To view, print, and pay your invoice, enter either your 7-digit MSDH PWS ID number or an issued invoice number and click “Locate Invoice.” For water quality analysis fees, repeat this process if you are responsible for more than one public water system. Fees for operator certification, BPAT certification, public records requests, etc. are issued specific invoice numbers for payments.
