Welcome! This website is meant to help make renewing your Retail Food Establishment License easier and more convenient. From this site, you will not only be able to pay online, but you will also be able to print your license from your home or business. Your information will remain saved so you won’t have to re-enter it every year, and you can change it as often as you want.
Annual Store License Renewal (Licenses expire every June 30)
If you are renewing a store’s license, your company information and store information should already be entered into our online system. To log in, you will need your Company ID and Agent Zip Code. If you do not remember your log in information, or if you are unsure if you have previously registered a Company ID, please call 1-888-875-8605 and select 1 for Consumer Protection.
If you need a license for a new store, you are in one of two categories:
1) either you first need to select “Register A New Company,” and then enter your store information, or
2) your company information has already been entered (because you have been doing business in our state for a while) and you just need to enter your new store information. In that case, you will need to log in using your Company ID and Agent Zip Code. If you do not remember your log in information, please call 1-888-875-8605 and select 1 for Consumer Protection.
***Difference between a Store ID and a Company ID
For clarification, each individual store must have a license with a unique ID. This ID is the store ID. A company ID is the number that ties all of the stores in a chain together. For example, a chain of grocery stores under the same corporate structure will all have the same Company ID, but each physical store location will have a unique Store ID. (Company ID numbers and Store ID numbers are issued by the Department of Agriculture and Commerce. These numbers are unrelated to the store numbers that are issued by a store’s own corporate office.)
